Alucosuper food packaging panels are mainly can cap (ring) prepainted panels which can be widely used in can packaging of products including drinks, beer, eight-treasure porridge, tea and cigarettes. Pre-painting aluminum coil which can be easily produced by can cap manufacturers is made of imported food ash anti-static spray wax from America and is process through heavy waving, cross shearing and longitudinal cutting. Panels of different weight and specifications can be made according to different cap-making equipment, so as to meet clients’ demand.

Aluminum substrate materials of can caps and pull rings are mainly aluminum-magnesium alloy 5182H19 and 5052H19 which come from Southwest Aluminum and Nanshan Aluminum. Manganese and magnesium are also added into the product on the basis of ordinary substrate material, which can increase tensile intensity and elongation rate. German Henkel detergents and food-grade chromium agents, America PPG epoxy phenolic packaging coatings and high-end DOS oil are also utilized. All products are detected by professional instruments, and certificated by FDA of the United States.
